Technology

The Vision Inspection System is an inline vision solution that automatically inspects product position, dimensions, appearance, and defects using cameras, optics, lighting, and in-house software—and performs alignment when required. It detects position deviation, dimensional defects, and surface defects (scratches, cracks, contamination, etc.) before and after laser welding, assembly, and machining to maintain stable quality.

It replaces or supplements manual inspection on high-volume, precision-critical lines such as secondary battery, automotive, and electronic component production.

Key Features

High-Resolution Camera Inspection

2D (option: Line / 3D) camera with telecentric lens for micron-level dimension, position, and appearance inspection.

Position & Alignment

Recognizes part position and rotation deviation, auto-corrects laser weld and process points, and interfaces with OTF and scan-head control.

Appearance & Defect Inspection

Inspects scratches, cracks, spatter, contamination, coating defects, missing parts, and dimensional, gap, step, and form defects.

Dedicated Algorithm & Deep Learning (Option)

Rule-based image processing and optional deep learning for defect classification and automatic NG judgment.

Inline Auto Judgment & Line Interface

Automatic OK/NG and NG code judgment; interfaces with PLC, equipment, and history system for auto reject, re-inspection, and sorting.

Real-Time Monitoring UI

Live view, zoom, history, and NG image review for easy use by quality and line operators.
